Spinach Artichoke Cups




Ingredients
  • 24 slices of soft sandwich bread
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped coarsely
  • 6 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
