For dough

• ½ cup milk
• 1 tsp active dry yeast
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup sugar
• ¼ cup margarine (or butter)
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• pinch of salt

For filling

• 1 cup strawberries, chopped
• ½ cup to ¾ cup strawberry jam
• For Cream Cheese Icing
• ½ cup cream cheese at room temperature
• 3 tbsp butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup to 1½ cups powdered sugar
